To shape our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Head of PR.

A strategic leader who spots opportunities before others do. Someone who recognizes news value, seizes commercial opportunities, and helps colleagues grow into the best PR professionals in the business.

As Head of PR, you are responsible for the substantive and operational growth of our PR practice.

You will be part of the management team and play a key role in the further development of nxt agency. You will safeguard the quality of our work, help clients grow, and contribute to building the future of the agency.

You switch effortlessly between strategy, client relations, and team development.

One day you might be developing a thought leadership strategy for a fast-growing scale-up. The next, you are coaching colleagues, pitching to a new client, or helping shape the direction of nxt.

What you will do

Developing strong PR and thought leadership strategies

You help clients turn their expertise into visibility, reputation, and impact. You translate trends, developments, and newsworthy insights into campaigns that make a difference.

Expanding client accounts and new business

You deepen existing partnerships, identify commercial opportunities, and know how to convince new clients of the power of strategic PR.

Leading the PR team

You coach colleagues on content, quality, and personal development. You create an environment where people feel empowered to take responsibility, grow, and enjoy their work.

Safeguarding quality and structure

You ensure clear processes, maintain the quality of our services, and keep an overview of capacity, planning, and priorities.

Building nxt

You actively contribute to our positioning, service offerings, and growth strategy. You help further build nxt as the go-to agency for thought leadership and strategic visibility.

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or strategic communications.
• You have experience in managing and developing teams.
• You understand what is newsworthy and know how to position organizations as experts.
• You are commercially savvy and spot opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
• You are entrepreneurial, curious, and ambitious.
• You enjoy helping to build a growing agency.
